Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At BiteYumm, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products.

1. Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting us at support@biteyumm.com.
2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued only for orders cancelled in the allowed window or for products received in damaged condition.
3. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. No refund will be entertained for perishable items once delivered.
